We don't make gin. We craft it. Countless hours and numerous recipe trials have gone into creating this unique gin experience. Our method of distillation is designed to preserve the flavors of fresh, hand-zested citrus and the finest botanicals. Get ready to taste a gin unlike any other.

Blood, sweat, tears, and years have gone into creating the perfect vodka. Jake Hatfield meticulously hand built a 44-stage continuous still with the flavor of this vodka in mind. He did not stop and did not compromise until he produced a vodka with an unmatched finish. Delightfully clean and dangerously smooth.

OUR STORY
Jake Hatfield has always been a creator, an innovator. After two decades as a pipefitter, he decided to focus his energy on his passion - creating something exceptional for people to enjoy. With the insistence of friends and family, he agreed to grow his hobby of distilling into a business. He and his wife, Annie, spent the next six years navigating a new start up while having four children in the process. They worked together to hand build their flagship continuous still and refine recipes until they were both pleased with the end result.
The journey has been challenging and refining and has brought Jake and Annie to realize their passion - providing spirits that are exceptional for you to enjoy.
